Guest Policy

• Guests are allowed participation in no more than two (2) CSC activities as a Guest
• These activities include:
  • Carpool Daytrips
  • Chartered Daytrips
  • Extended Trips
  • Hikes/Snowshoe Trips
• Guests are allowed at all Social events
• Guests may not register or take lessons
• Guests are not permitted to vote or attend CSC AGM meetings
• All Guests must register and sign a waiver for EACH Activity
• Guests are welcome on up to 2 Extended trips ONLY and must register later, pay a guest fee and MUST have a signed waiver for EACH trip that they attend.
• For regular carpool Daytrips, Guests must register online through the Events Calendar no later than 24 hours prior to the activity.
• For Chartered Bus Daytrips ,Guests MUST register 5 days prior to the activity and have paid all costs online by the trip cut-off date.

Cancellation Policy

Please read the following carefully

• Cancellation by a registrant must be done in writing and addressed to either the CSC office or the relevant trip coordinator/Director.
• Email is an acceptable form of written notification
• Cancellation is implied if payment in full is not received by the “final payment date”, also referred as the “balance due date”
• For cancellation by registrant on or prior to final payment date, the deposit required and paid at registration will be forfeited
• For cancellation by registrant after final payment due, the full cost of the trip will be forfeited UNLESS a replacement can be found
• For cancellation by a registrant due to a bona fide medical or personal emergency, a refund will be authorized provided Calgary Ski Club for the unused portion less a $10 administration fee
• Calgary Ski Club will not issue a refund if registrant fails to show at the designated departure time and place and/or for any unused portion of a trip package
• All Refunds issued are subject to a $10 administration fee
