Destination: Pocaterra to Sounding Lake

An 8.3 km loop down a hill to lunch in (heated) Pocaterra Hut, before continuing on to Sounding Lake (great views on a clear day!) & returning, after a short uphill section, on snowshoe trail overlooking Kananaskis Valley. Since this is an outing suitable for beginners, the coordinator will answer questions re snowshoe gear & apparel. Since we return via Hwy. 40, there will be an option to stop for hot drinks at Kananaskis Village
