You may decide to participate by:

Racing: Registration is open now using Zone4. Details on pricing is on our Lake Louise Loppet website

Prior to race day, get some exercise on Lake Louise by improving your snowshoes skills to assist at Staking the Lake for the Lake Louise Loppet on Sunday February 18th

Or a week later, again using your snowshoes, since you have mastered your skills, at The Annual Lake Louise Loppet Stomp - Sunday February 25th

To assist in the preparations the day before the race, Saturday, 2024 March 2nd, please contact Gerry for more information.

Cancellation Policy:

For Catering Purposes, if a volunteer cancels prior to Monday, February 26th, you will be responsible for the cost of lunch.

For Hotel Accommodations, If a volunteer cancels less than 72 hours prior to Sunday, March 3rd, you will be responsible for the cost of the hotel room.

Disclaimer:

As this is a sanctioned Calgary Ski Club Event, please be aware that Pets Are Not Allowed. If you bring your pet and leave it in the vehicle while volunteering, you will be asked to leave the event.

Cancellation Policy:

Please read carefully,

It is your responsibility to obtain appropriate cancellation and medical insurance.

Refunds will be paid in Calgary Ski Club (CSC) points only.

To cancel your registration for an event:

a) Before the cancellation cutoff date, log in to the website and use the "Cancel Registration" button on the event. If it is a paid event, you will be refunded in CSC points.

b) After the cancellation cutoff date, notify the Event Host. A refund may be provided using CSC points but only if the event is full and someone fills your spot.

Free Events

To cancel your registration for an event that does not involve payment, follow the above procedure. If you need to cancel at the last-minute, contact the host via text or email. If you are running late, notify the host as soon as safely possible. Do not be a no-show. This means people may be waiting unnecessarily for you and may mean other members may not be able to attend when there are limited spots. No-shows may be banned from future events.
