Cancellation Policy:
Please read carefully,

It is your responsibility to obtain appropriate cancellation and medical insurance.

Refunds will be paid in Calgary Ski Club (CSC) points only.

To cancel your registration for an event:

a) Before the cancellation cutoff date, log in to the website and use the "Cancel Registration" button on the event. If it is a paid event, you will be refunded in CSC points.

b) After the cancellation cutoff date, notify the Event Host. A refund may be provided using CSC points but only if the event is full and someone fills your spot.

Free Events

To cancel your registration for an event that does not involve payment, follow the above procedure. If you need to cancel at the last-minute, contact the host via text or email. If you are running late, notify the host as soon as safely possible. Do not be a no-show. This means people may be waiting unnecessarily for you and may mean other members may not be able to attend when there are limited spots. No-shows may be banned from future events.

Friday February 6th 
3:00 p.m.                       Depart from Rona Crowfoot parking lot (close to Petro Canada gas station) 3:00 PM Friday. 90 Crowfoot Way NW, Calgary, AB T3G 4C8 Calgary, AB T3G 4C8. Arrive in Revelstoke at about 9:00 pm and check-in at the Grizz Hotel

Saturday February 7th
6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.  Complimentary Continental Breakfast at Grizz Hotel.

8:30 a.m.                        Private Coach ride to Ski Hill 

                                       or Catch the public ski hill shuttle at your leisure from Hotel Parking lot.

                                       Ski Revelstoke  

4:00 p.m.                        Pick up Private Coach by the ski hills ticket office to Hotel or ski hill shuttle at your leisure.
6:00 p.m.                      Social Dinner: Get to know your fellow adventurers over a mouthwatering TBD dinner on Saturday night.

   


Sunday February 8th (no private coach to ski hill)

6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.  Complimentary Continental Breakfast at Hotel.

                                       Check out & Store Luggage in bus.

                                       Catch the public ski hill shuttle at your leisure from the parking lot.

                                       Ski Revelstoke
 3:00 P.M.                        Private Coach Pick up at the exit beside Revelstoke Resort Tickets Office. Back to Revelstoke to pick up pizza then head home to Calgary
9:30 p.m.                       Should arrive in Calgary
